(07 \ 04 \ 2008) Research Scientist, Cell culture
Job Description:
We seek a cell biologist for our laboratories located in Brno, South Moravia, Czech Republic. The successful candidate will manage biological activity testing of proteins in animal cell culture, maintain immortal cell lines and isolate primary cells from animal tissues. He/She will develop new protocols for activity testing based on most recent scientific publications. Publication of data is encouraged. He/She will maintain BioVendor internal documentation and provide technical support of sale.
Requirements:
Mgr.(M.S.) or equivalent university degree in biology or biochemistry with at least 3 years experience in industry or in an academic research institution. Candidates with Ph.D are preferred. Expertise in cell biology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Very good command of the English language.
