Features

A modified EndoTrap® blue resin developed for LPS removal in bio-pharmaceutical production and development as well as any application that requires highest endotoxin removal rates.

  • LPS binding capacity: 5 mil. EU/ml resin
  • pH sample range: 4–9
  • suitable for high salt conditions
  • suitable for e.g. TRIS, HEPES, MOPS or similar buffered samples
  • PBS buffer possible when enriched freshly with 0.1 mM calcium (magnesium) directly before use
  • EndoTrap® Leakage ELISA for ligand leakage monitoring
