Summary
OX40 (CD134) is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily. Measurement of this molecule may have diagnostic value in polymyositis and granulomatous myopathy, T cell lymphoma and lymphomatoid papulosis, proliferative lupus nephritis, rheumatoid arthritis, HIV infection, viral infections of the lung, the regulation of graft-versus-host disease, myocarditis and dilated cardiomyopathy.
