Soluble Receptor Activator of NFĸB Ligand (sRANKL) Mouse Recombinant produced in E.coli is single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 179 amino acids and having a total molecular mass of 19.9 kDa. CD254 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

The protein (1mg/ml) was lyophilized with 10mM NaP, pH 7.5+ 50 NaCl.

Storage, Stability/Shelf Life

Lyophilized sRANKL although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below –18°C. Upon reconstitution sRANKL should be stored at 4°C between 2–7 days and for future use below –18°C. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
