Summary

The Biofluid miRNA Knowledge Panel is a ready-to-use assay panel for microRNAs relevant to specific areas of research. This panel profiles 176 miRNAs (+ 22 controls), selected through an extensive survey of published literature and in-house research data. All miRNA assays have been extensively wet-lab validated using synthetic microRNA templates and human sample RNA. The Biofluid miRNA Knowledge Panel consists of 176 miRNAs selected from in-house research of more than 20,000 human serum, plasma and urine specimens in both healthy and pathological conditions.
