Formulation

Filtered (0.4 μm) and lyophilized in 0.5 mg/ml solution in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4.

Reconstitution

Add 200μl of deionized water to prepare a working stock solution of 0.5 mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Product is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.

Summary

Cornifin-B occurs in keratinocytes. It is cross-linked to membrane proteins by transglutaminase which leads to formation of an insoluble envelope. It is expressed during differentiation in squamous tissues such as epidermis, esophagus, tongue or trachea.
