We bring an extra kit with sequential primers for 3 runes. Our fastGEN POLE Cancer kit is intended to rapidly prepare a sequencing library for gene genotyping POLE (DNA polymerase epsilon, catalytic subunit; exons 9, 11, 13, 14). fastGEN is designed so that it is possible to process samples for RAS genes, EGFR, and also for IDH 1/2 genes or the POLE gene in parallel and then sequence them in one sequencing run on instruments from Illumina, Inc.
