Two-Tailed qPCR assays

BioVendor licenses Two-tailed PCR technology, a novel method for highly accurate microRNA determination and quantification. 
Among the many RT-qPCR tests we evaluated, the Two-Tailed PCR originally developed by TATAA Biocenter proved to have the greatest specificity. It uses a two-hemiprobe approach to achieve a highly accurate determination of the challenging short miRNA sequences. This highly sensitive and specific method is able to detect as few as ten target miRNA molecules and discriminates between highly similar miRNAs.
The acquisition of this technology marks an important step in developing our own miRNA diagnostic panels as well as extending our miRNA research portfolio.
