The fastGEN Crohn’s & Celiac Disease Kit offers advanced NGS technology for the targeted analysis of genetic variants associated with predisposition to Crohn’s disease and celiac disease, specifically focusing on regions associated with the HLA-DQ2 and HLA-DQ8 haplotypes and selected variants in the IL23R and NOD2 genes.
