Microblot-Array Borrelia

Microblot Array

New generation multiplex assay using specific recombinant proteins/antigens which are spotted onto a nitrocellulose membrane on the bottom of microtitreplate wells – providing an identical environment as with the classic line-blot strip-assays. The technology eliminates the bottleneck of traditional blot-processing and opens up the opportunity for high throughput testing. Different algorithms can be used for an analysis which corresponds with your chosen results– semi quantitative (intensity units AU or index of positivity IP) or quantitative results (U/ml). It is designed for confirmation of positive or borderline results from ELISA or other serological tests.

uBlot Array Reader, A High Quality Colourimetric Array Imaging Reader

The BioVendor Instruments’ uBlot Array Reader is a high quality array reader for colourimetric applications. The uBlot Array Reader is designed to analyse microarray multiplex assays within each well on a microtiter plate, and can also perform colour change analysis in the whole well. The uBlot Array Reader enables automated spot/well localisation and image analysis for Multiplex Antibody Determination (Immunology & Infectious diseases), Planar Immunometric Multiplex Array, Microbiology (colour change) and many more. The features of the Array Reader provides high sensitivity and high data throughput to save you both time and money.

Intuitive and user friendly software provides fully automated real-time analysis performed during measurements for the end user and fully customised analysis for research purposes. The research application provides functions such as grid layout adjustment and deformations, spot size and shape adjustment, spot background settings, and statistical information, which is especially useful when the spots are not spotted correctly. There is also a function to use a bar-code/QR-code reader and connect the system to a LIS/LIMS system for import/export of data.
